- Maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and report generation
- Provide excellent customer service, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
