Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrator to join our team at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline. As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our clinical team, maintaining a single point of access and referral process to the Hospital at Home service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an electronic referral system and database
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • SVQ III or HNC in an administrative, secretarial, or business context
  • Equivalent NHS experience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including some public holidays
