Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrator to join our team at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline. As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our clinical team, maintaining a single point of access and referral process to the Hospital at Home service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an electronic referral system and database
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- SVQ III or HNC in an administrative, secretarial, or business context
- Equivalent NHS experience
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including some public holidays
