Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at NHS Scotland. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Innovation Manager and the Senior Project Manager, as well as the wider Innovation Team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Innovation Manager and the Senior Project Manager, including coordinating meetings, managing emails, and maintaining records.
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries and respond or refer on as necessary.
- Provide effective and efficient project support and administration service to the Innovation Team.
- Coordinate closely with other members of the core regional HISES staff, including the Administrative Staff and Project Managers.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in administration, or a formal degree or equivalent with experience providing relevant administrative support to a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent IT skills, including experience using videoconferencing and Microsoft Teams effectively.
Working Arrangements:
You will primarily be based in the Research, Innovation and Knowledge (RIK) Department at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline. Flexible work and home-based working will be considered, and you may be expected to travel to other NHS Fife sites, across the South East of Scotland and other UK nations, as required.

Working Hours:
