Position Overview:

As a key player in our team, you will leverage both established connections and the continuous cultivation of new partnerships to spearhead the sourcing of investment prospects across Europe.

Your role will involve shaping the overall deal approach and negotiations alongside the Head of Infrastructure. You will lead transaction teams, ensuring comprehensive oversight of deals and maintaining essential relationships. Additionally, you will be accountable for the performance management, development, and engagement of your team members, while embodying the company culture both internally and externally.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Over 10 years of investment experience with a demonstrable history of successfully leading transactions that yield profitable returns.
  2. A proven ability to build relationships and originate opportunities, recognized for your immediate impact in the field.
  3. Extensive experience in building, managing, and developing high-performing deal teams.
  4. Significant expertise in managing relationships with portfolio companies, co-investors, and various stakeholders.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
  6. Fluency in German or Italian is essential for this role.
