Job Description

Insight Investment is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of Building Asset Management. As a key member of the Commercial team in London, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the company's assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize returns and minimize risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of asset management with business operations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform asset management decisions
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure effective asset management
  • Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asset management and operations, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
