This role involves providing expert customer support, conducting product demonstrations, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and engaging in market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support and Training: Provide on-site and remote support to healthcare professionals, ensuring the effective use of our ultrasound systems.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of ultrasound systems for potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits.
  • Customer Feedback and Product Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback from customers regarding their experience with our ultrasound systems.
  • Market Research and Product Evaluation: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Product Promotion and Events: Represent PROJECTUS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, showcasing our ultrasound products to a broad audience.
  • Tender Submissions: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare and submit tenders for ultrasound products.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ultrasound applications, clinical support, or a related role.
