Job Title: Health and Safety Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Trainer to join our team at Bell Cornwall Recruitment. As a Health and Safety Trainer, you will play a key role in our commercial operation and be part of our thriving Training Academy.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of workplace Health and Safety solutions. As a Health and Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and developing products and services that promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver health and safety training to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain health and safety training materials and resources
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on health and safety best practices
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH National Certificate (or IGC), Technician Safety Practitioner certificate
  • PTLLS or level 3 teaching qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience of delivery of health and safety training
  • Background in practical safety subjects e.g. engineering, construction or fire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
