Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor - Rail (Permanent)

Assured Safety Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join a leading Civil Engineering organization in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise contract and site staff on risk assessments, method statements, and safety issues.
  • Chair Project level monthly HSEQ Forward Planning meeting and conduct monthly HSEQ Audits and inspections.
  • Represent the Company at Safety meetings with Clients and Sub-Contractors.
  • Carry out improvement actions and produce relevant Safety Bulletins for company-wide distribution.
  • Liaise with HSQE Director or Head of Health and Safety to produce monthly Project summaries and assist in Group procedure reviews.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a site-based Health and Safety role with Civil Engineering or construction projects.
  • Hold the NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum Health and Safety qualification.
What We Offer:

An attractive package including a salary in the region of £60,000 + car allowance.
