What We Seek in a Culinary Supervisor:

We are in search of a current Culinary Supervisor or an experienced Chef de Partie eager to advance their career. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for crafting high-quality, fresh cuisine in a welcoming environment. As the successful Culinary Supervisor, you will:

  • Exhibit a commitment to delivering excellent service through outstanding food
  • Show enthusiasm for mentoring and developing team members
  • Be an active, hands-on chef with strong communication abilities
  • Effectively manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with your Head Chef to showcase your creativity by developing new dishes and daily specials
  • Demonstrate exceptional planning and organizational skills to maintain effective control over food costs and labor
  • Adopt a proactive approach to driving sales and fostering growth through collaboration with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
