Salary: £45,000 per annum

Hours: 48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-end restaurants
  • Strong understanding of Mediterranean cuisine
  • Must be able to drive and have a car (non-negotiable)
  • Longevity in previous roles is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work 48 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
