About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Technician to join our team at K.A.G. Recruitment. As an IT Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our client's cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive IT Service Management: Manage IT services to ensure continuous production without interruptions, ensuring the highest level of system availability and performance.
  • Hardware and Systems Expertise: Engage directly with hardware and systems critical to our day-to-day operations, including network servers and complex production line technologies.
  • System Updates and Deployments: Spearhead the installation of system updates and new tools, ensuring compatibility and efficiency across departments.
  • Out-of-Hours Support: Offer strategic out-of-hours support to preemptively address and resolve issues, ensuring that operations continue smoothly around the clock.
  • Regional IT Support: Extend your expertise across the region, supporting other sites as needed, and ensuring robust IT practices are upheld company-wide.
Requirements
  • IT Foundation: Bring a solid foundation in IT, with hands-on experience in networking, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory tools.
  • Commercial Experience: Have previous commercial experience in a fast-paced setting, with a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
