About the Role

Wilson James is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Banks Person at London's third largest international airport - Luton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver or collect special assistance passengers at the aircraft door and assist with the transfer into their seat or wheelchair.
  • Carry out Customer Car Agent (CCA) duties as directed by Movement Control, escorting arriving and departing special assistance passengers.
  • Provide assistance with baggage and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed legibly and submitted in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Previous airline and/or airport experience is desired, although full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature.
  • Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and basic IT skills.
  • Ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
