On-Site IT Support Specialist Needed

Join a Leading Legal Firm in the heart of the City of London, offering a competitive salary of up to £44,000.

This position is ideal for a dedicated 1st/2nd Line Support Technician who is eager to contribute to a dynamic team within a fast-growing global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive technology support to all personnel, addressing issues related to applications, hardware, peripherals, telephony, and network connectivity.
  • Facilitate the setup and support of internal and external meetings, presentations, conference calls, and events.
  • Assist in the configuration and support of various web conferencing platforms, including Webex, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Adhere to best practices in incident management, change management, and knowledge management.
  • Ensure effective incident lifecycle management by documenting troubleshooting steps and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain communication with end users regarding the status of their incidents and requests, ensuring the Service Management System is kept current.
  • Monitor multiple similar incidents and identify potential Major Incidents, coordinating communication with IT colleagues and affected users.
  • Oversee the imaging, installation, and configuration of firm devices, as well as assist with the setup of BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) solutions.
  • Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including laptops, desktops, and audiovisual equipment.
