About the Role:

Maze Recruitment Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a property portfolio, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Lease Negotiations: Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations, ensuring that all lease agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and identify any potential issues.
  • Communication: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, landlords, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, maintenance issues, and financial performance.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring that all tenants are dealt with efficiently and any explanations are provided where necessary.
  • Administration: Provide efficient and effective admin support to ensure a smooth running of the office, including updating and maintaining the property management system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous property management experience is desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organised, and ability to develop and maintain internal/external relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to effectively and efficiently use Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Target-orientated with a proven track record of achievement, enthusiastic, and a team player.
