We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential lettings team at Connells in Grantham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and book valuations to maximize branch income and profitability
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is always at the forefront of best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in estate agency, lettings, or sales negotiation
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Full UK driving license
