At Magnus James, we're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Leighton Buzzard. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange property viewings and negotiate sales and lets to achieve exceptional results
  • Listen to potential buyers and tenants' requirements and find the best-suited property
  • Carry out administration duties from start to move-in, ensuring seamless transactions
  • Liaise with customers to answer any queries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Register applicants and ensure all required documentation is obtained
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets in sales or lettings
  • Experience in sales, lettings, or both, with a strong understanding of the property sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Full UK driving license with access to a car, essential for visiting properties
  • Recent experience working within the property sector, a plus
