Job Summary:
Magnus James is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team. As a key member of the lettings team, you will be responsible for achieving targets, dealing with legal documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve sales and lettings targets.
- Ensure all tenancies are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide high levels of customer service to clients, responding to telephone and face-to-face enquiries.
- Conduct viewings and obtain feedback from clients.
- Negotiate new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
- Prepare tenancy agreements and issue legal documents related to the tenancy.
- Ensure all safety certificates are in place prior to move-in.
- Work with the property management team to prepare properties for move-in.
- Ensure a smooth handover of keys and that tenants are satisfied with their new properties.
