About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic residential Lettings team at Connells in Grantham. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

What We Offer:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate and book valuations
  2. Conduct property viewings
  3. Negotiate agreements
  4. Progress lets through to exchange and completion

What We're Looking For:

Preferably an experienced sales person, Able to generate new business in a target driven environment, Exceptional customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license.
