About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Magnus James. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets, ensuring compliance with legal documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with legal documentation.
- Contribute to building the Magnus James brand in the local marketplace.
- Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
- Conduct viewings and obtain feedback from clients.
- Negotiate new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, issue legal documents, and ensure safety certificates are in place prior to move-in.
- Work with the property management team to ensure properties are prepared for move-in.
- Ensure a smooth handover of keys and that tenants are satisfied with their new properties.
