Job Title: Support and Accommodation Officer

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 2 x Full Time Posts 37 hours per week

Location: Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council

We are seeking two Support and Accommodation Officers to provide support and advice to individuals and families in interim accommodation.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate support, advice, and information to individuals and families in interim accommodation
  • Assisting homeless households to secure suitable alternative accommodation
  • Working knowledge of Homelessness legislation and good practice
  • Minimum qualifications of 4 GCSEs Grade A-C or equivalent

For this role, we require a frontline homelessness service experience and a working knowledge of Homelessness legislation and good practice.
