We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Children's Home Manager to join our team at Siamo Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

As a Deputy Children's Home Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of our Children's Home in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in the management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the smooth running of the home, including staff supervision and training.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our residents.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a Children's Home or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our young people, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-ins and on-call duties.
