The Digital Team operates as a high-performing unit, leveraging modern technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and excellence. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining product vision and ensuring cross-functional teams, end-users, and business stakeholders are aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior product owners, managers, and the Head of Digital to develop product vision and strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Senior Product Owners, frontend, and backend engineers.
- Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Facilitate agile methodologies, such as Kanban-style workflow, to drive efficient product delivery.
- Ensure lean product principles are applied throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work with software engineers to deliver end-to-end features, ensuring high-quality products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a cross-functional agile team.
- Experience with Kanban-style workflow and lean product principles.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and agile frameworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a start-up or medium-sized enterprise environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days in the office per week.
