As a Facilities Support Operative, you will play a crucial role in delivering a patient-centered Facilities Management service, encompassing cleaning, portering, and catering responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

We take pride in maintaining high standards across our services. As a respected member of the Soft FM Team, you will be integral to ensuring a safe and efficient service for all patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and regenerating patient meals at the ward level on a daily basis.
  • Delivering a thorough cleaning and domestic service that meets NHS cleanliness standards in designated areas.
  • Providing essential portering services, including the transportation of linen, waste, and assisting with patient movements.
  • Rotating between various responsibilities as required to meet the needs of the service.
