Pioneer Selection: Site Services & Facilities Engineer

Pioneer Selection is seeking a skilled Site Services & Facilities Engineer to join their team at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of the company.

About the Role:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of the facility, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Identify and resolve breakdowns and other technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures, ensuring proactive maintenance and reducing the risk of costly repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and systems.
  • Conduct technical investigations and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, utilizing technical knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in site services and facilities management, with a focus on maintenance and engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
