Site Services & Facilities Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Site Services & Facilities Engineer to join our team at a brand-new manufacturing facility in Leicester. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repair, and breakdown opportunities on site services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on site services and facilities, including steam boilers, air compressors, water treatment, and effluent plant.
  2. Work on brand-new equipment and systems, including ammonia refrigeration and BMS systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and maintenance.
  4. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a site services environment within a manufacturing facility.
  2. Multi-skilled with a formal engineering qualification to NVQ Level 3.
  3. Ammonia refrigeration knowledge and safety awareness.
  4. Utilities experience, including gas, electric, and water.
  5. BMS systems and monitoring experience.
  6. Effluent treatment and drainage experience.
