Job Title: Property Block Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Block Manager to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent service to clients, and building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for Freeholders, Leaseholders, contractors, and landlords, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any queries or issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage the company portfolio, comprising approximately 500 units, and address any queries or concerns related to those properties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date record keeping, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Oversee insurance matters, ensuring the necessary documentation is in place and managing any claims effectively.
- Ensure all health and safety legislation, policies, fire risk assessments, and reports are actioned and maintained to a high standard.
- Meet and exceed service level agreements, maximising assets for Freeholders and delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in block management, with a strong understanding of lease management and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
