We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that our clients receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the company portfolio, including addressing queries and resolving issues related to the properties.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Freeholders, Leaseholders, contractors, and landlords.
- Oversee insurance matters, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place and that claims are managed effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, policies, and fire risk assessments.
- Meet and exceed service level agreements, maximizing assets for Freeholders and Leaseholders.
- Attend AGMs, provide minutes, and follow up on actions as required.
- Compile Section 20 notices and coordinate major works to ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Liaise with surveyors, contractors, and other third parties to ensure smooth property management.
- Oversee contract and service agreement management.
- Conduct property inspections and prepare budgets for each block.
- Property management background within block management.
- Ideal IRPM qualification or willingness to take qualifications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent understanding of lease management and head lease details.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines and service level agreements.
- Pro-active, personable, and adaptable.
