About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Data Executive to join our marketing team at 20:20 Innovation Training Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and analysing data to drive business decisions and optimise digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Marketing and Digital Growth with data management and marketing data analysis
  • Manage marketing data, create reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity
  • Build automation and live chat within CRM, and manage data processes
  • Analyse data to drive business decisions and support teams with data-related tasks
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience of managing and understanding data, with strong analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of database management and data hygiene best practices
  • Ability to understand, work with, and be proficient with CRM software (ideally HubSpot) and data management tools
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and PPC platforms
