Job Title: CRM and Data Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Data Executive to join our marketing team at 20:20 Innovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and analysing data, creating reports and dashboards, and optimising digital campaigns.

About the Role

The CRM and Data Executive will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Digital Growth to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing marketing data, building automation and live chat within CRM, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyse data to drive business decisions
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies
  • Build automation and live chat within CRM
  • Ensure data integrity and manage data processes
  • Support teams with data-related tasks to support marketing activities
Requirements
  • Experience of managing and understanding data
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and analysis
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of database management and data hygiene best practices
  • Ability to understand, work with and be proficient with CRM software (ideally HubSpot) and data management tools
