Job Title: CRM and Data Executive

At 20:20 Innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Data Executive to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and analysing data, optimising digital campaigns, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Marketing and Digital Growth with data management, marketing data analysis, and creating reports and dashboards.
  • Build automation and live chat within CRM, manage data processes, and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyse data to drive business decisions and support teams with data-related tasks to support marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimise digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Experience of managing and understanding data, with strong analytical skills and data management expertise.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with knowledge of database management and data hygiene best practices.
  • Ability to understand, work with, and be proficient with CRM software (ideally HubSpot) and data management tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and PPC platforms is a plus.
