Excelitas Technologies is a leading global supplier of opto-electronics and photonic products, serving various markets including medical, biotechnology, semiconductor, and industrial.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing Customer Services team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity based in Southampton.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide back office support to the Customer Services team
- Develop and grow relationships with regular customer contacts to build credibility and trust
- Prepare quotes in the ERP system based on customer requirements
- Process orders accurately and timely in the ERP system
- Assist the shipping department with deliveries
- Sort and forward incoming orders to the responsible team member
Requirements:
- Experience in administration work
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Process-oriented operations
- Self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset
- Desirable experience in manufacturing and experience working with SAP
