Customer Care Specialist – Vets for Pets

We are excited to announce an opportunity for dedicated individuals with a passion for customer service to become part of our welcoming team at Vets for Pets. Our modern veterinary practice is designed to prioritize the experience of our clients and the well-being of their pets.

As a vital member of our Client Care team, you will facilitate the connection between pet owners, their beloved animals, and our veterinary professionals. Your role will encompass everything from the initial inquiry, warmly welcoming clients and their pets during appointments, to providing guidance throughout their veterinary care journey, including times of illness and difficult decisions.

You will be responsible for efficiently managing appointment schedules, processing payments, and collaborating with insurance providers and referring veterinary clinics.

The ideal candidate will be committed to upholding the highest standards of service in our front-of-house and administrative operations. A genuine enthusiasm for exceptional customer service, teamwork, and a love for animals are essential attributes for success in this role.
