About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrator to join our team in a Customer Services role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers to arrange appointments and provide a first point of contact service for callers
  • Offer an efficient, responsive, and accountable administration service, working with customers and colleagues in a fast-changing environment
  • Fulfill data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of information
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of call centre environment and experience of office procedures
  • Great communication and administration skills
