Position Overview

Elvet Recruitment is seeking two dedicated Sales Estimation Specialists to join a dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers a chance to contribute significantly to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Processing all sales orders and generating corresponding work orders.
  • Maintaining and updating the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, along with preparing monthly performance reports.
  • Understanding and adhering to all Quality Assurance and commercial procedures related to inquiries.
  • Negotiating credit terms with clients and providing timely notifications regarding overdue accounts.
  • Addressing invoice discrepancies with clients and issuing credit notes as necessary.
  • Having a background in internal sales or estimating is preferred.
  • Exhibiting a proactive attitude and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to take on increasing responsibilities and projects.
