To support our expansion, we are seeking an Assistant Culinary Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team.

The Assistant Culinary Manager will prioritize culinary excellence and enhance the dining experience for our Food program, ensuring operational efficiency. This role will report directly to the Executive Chef and will utilize strong hospitality and operational expertise to manage daily administrative and operational responsibilities, including financial oversight and analysis, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adhere to all menu and production/preparation standards, including opening/closing checklists and responsibility guides
  • Inspire, train, and develop team members
  • Assist the Executive Chef in ensuring that all products and ingredients are sourced in accordance with industry standards and sustainability commitments
  • Foster a culture of Food and Workplace Safety
  • Maintain open and honest communication with clients in a timely manner

Ideal candidate qualifications:

  • Culinary Arts degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a kitchen or relevant culinary experience in a similar high-volume, quality food service environment
  • Strong enthusiasm for exceptional food and hospitality
