Job Type: Full Time

Aramark UK is seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Supervisor to become a vital part of our team in Cambridge. This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity that will be conducted on-site.

Typical Responsibilities of a Culinary Supervisor:

  • Overseeing all kitchen operations, including procurement
  • Food preparation and presentation
  • Implementation of menu offerings
  • Inventory management and stock rotation
  • Participation in culinary workshops
  • Collaborating with the Regional Development Chef on all aspects of food offerings and innovation

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

  • Food Safety Level 2 certification; Level 3 preferred, along with NVQ qualifications
  • Experience in kitchen management, including procurement and inventory control, with a strong adherence to company recipe standards
  • Leadership skills in both Front of House and Back of House operations
  • Ability to manage basic administrative tasks in the absence of the Manager
  • Self-motivated with strong engagement skills for interacting with customers and on-site clients
