Join the Securitisation & Portfolio Derivative Structuring Team at NatWest Markets

The Securitisation & Portfolio Derivative Structuring team is part of NatWest Markets' Private Financing business, working closely with clients to provide innovative hedging solutions for granular asset portfolios.

  • Deliver hedging products for risk management of interest rate, FX, prepayment, credit and/or ratings risk
  • Work with Financial Institutions, Structured Finance Institutions, Sponsors and Specialist Lenders
  • Collaborate with NWM Digital teams to deliver hedging products
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and document key transaction terms and risks to ensure timely delivery and execution
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of asset types, including mortgages, equity release products, consumer loans, auto loans, credit cards, and SME loans.

This role requires high-quality communication, influencing, and quantitative skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
