Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally within infrastructure domains such as Rail, Highways, Utilities, or commercial sectors like Warehousing, Government Facilities, and Educational Institutions.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or surveying (BSc, MSc, OND, HND, Degree, etc.).

Key Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of ground grouting, structural reinforcement, void filling, slab elevation, water management, and subsidence issues.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and account management expertise within the construction field.
- Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) systems or similar account management tools.
- Experience with virtual technology operating systems.
- A valid driving license.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online and on-site visits as required.
- Analyze site investigation data to aid in the creation of detailed treatment designs.
- Prepare pricing and quotations in line with company policies and performance indicators.
- Negotiate contract terms effectively.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while driving additional business opportunities.
- Input and maintain accurate data in company systems promptly.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business leaders.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, communicating and seeking approval for any necessary changes.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the sales process.
- Act as a flexible and proactive team member.
