Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Harbour Hotels. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, working closely with the restaurant management team and senior management to achieve profitability and excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the restaurant and bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence, taking charge of the restaurant and ensuring seamless operation.
- Coach and develop Food and Beverage team members to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with the Group Food and Beverage Trainer to ensure brand consistency and excellence in food and beverage service.
