Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Harbour Hotels. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, working closely with the restaurant management team and senior management to drive profitability and excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the restaurant and bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage trainer to ensure brand consistency and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence, taking responsibility for the overall operation of the restaurant and bar.
  • Coach and develop the Food and Beverage team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
