About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Mosaic AI features and ensuring a consistent product vision for the EMEA technical field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver thought leadership in Mosaic AI best practices for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform through various channels, including blogs, webinars, and technical guides.
- Work closely with sales and field engineering leaders to drive adoption of Mosaic AI across EMEA.
- Provide a strong, informed, and data-driven perspective to influence product strategy and priorities in how customers can and should bring Databricks into their data strategies.
- Guide and oversee large-scale enterprise Mosaic AI competitive scenarios, serving as a trusted technical advisor to senior tech leads and executives.
- Act as the level three point of escalation on the toughest technical challenges in the field to drive customer success.
- Build and manage a team of SMEs in EMEA field-engineering around Mosaic AI.
- Develop key messaging and approaches to ensure the EMEA technical field is prepared for competitive conversations.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing and delivering cloud-based data warehousing solutions in a client or customer environment.
- Ability to advise customers on data warehousing architecture.
- Cross-cloud expertise to help customers build a multi-cloud analytics ecosystem with Databricks at the center.
- Demonstrated competence in the Lakehouse architecture, including hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
