Job Title: Repairs Customer Service Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our residents. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their repair requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to improve resident satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication with residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, elected members, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a housing or local government setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
