Objective of the Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee and effectively execute multiple significant projects that are integral to the broader Churchill Estates Management (CEM) Enhancement Strategy. This role supports the Managing Director's vision to refine CEM's operational processes.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will collaborate with the Head of Commercial to explore and implement new revenue opportunities for the organization.

Success in this role is evaluated based on the timely delivery of projects within budget, quality standards, and scope, alongside achieving full endorsement from affected business units and ensuring a seamless integration into regular operations.

Projects will be managed utilizing established project management methodologies, with a strong emphasis on planning, reporting, budget oversight, and risk/issue management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Relationships

Essential relationships for this role include:
  • CEM Managing Director as the primary advocate for the Enhancement Strategy
