About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Managing Director to lead our property management business into its next phase of growth. As a key member of our Executive Board, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy, managing business operations, and inspiring a dispersed workforce to deliver exceptional results.

With a strong background in property management, building surveying, facilities, or housing management, you will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

As a true leader of people, you will be able to motivate and empower your team to achieve their full potential, while maintaining open lines of communication and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to drive business expansion and improve profitability
  • Manage business operations, including budget setting, performance monitoring, and process improvement
  • Lead and motivate a dispersed workforce to deliver exceptional results
  • Drive innovation and identify new opportunities to generate revenue and enhance our service offering
  • Collaborate with the Executive Board to ensure alignment and effective decision-making
About You

You will be a senior professional with a strong background in property management, building surveying, facilities, or housing management. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

You will be a true leader of people, able to motivate and empower your team to achieve their full potential, while maintaining open lines of communication and collaboration across the organization.

You will also have the ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and identify new opportunities to generate revenue and enhance our service offering.
