Head of Property Services

The Head of Property Services will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our property services, ensuring that all property-related matters are handled in a cohesive, timely, and efficient manner. This role will require a strong leader who can bring together a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional results.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading property improvements and major works programs across a portfolio of leasehold properties. They will be highly efficient and organized, with a sense of discipline and project management, and will thrive in a busy environment.
The Head of Property Services will be responsible for managing a team of Building Surveyors, Contracts Managers, and Property Services Administrators. They will oversee planned and reactive maintenance works across our portfolio of over 220 retirement developments, nationally.
The role will require the ability to ensure that programs are scoped and delivered in a timely manner, managing internal stakeholders, third parties, and owner expectations through a variety of communication channels. At the same time, understanding the business priorities and delivering against them.
The successful candidate will have a full understanding of property management and will demonstrate excellent knowledge of construction and legislative changes. Ideally, they will be educated to HNC/degree level or equivalent and will also hold a professional qualification in construction such as RICS or CIOB.

In addition, we provide an emergency call service for our Customers through Careline Support Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of CEM.
