Key Responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a Sous Chef role or higher within a high-end, high-volume dining establishment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large culinary team
  • Familiarity with Japanese cuisine is preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally
