We are on the lookout for a skilled Sous Chef to enhance our culinary team and play a key role in our food operations. This essential position requires close cooperation with all departments at The Conduit.

As a Sous Chef with us, you will bring expertise in:

  • Utilizing only the freshest ingredients in the kitchen
  • Highlighting the advantages of seasonal produce
  • Acquiring sustainable ingredients from responsible suppliers and advocating for zero waste practices
  • Crafting fresh pasta
  • Overseeing and taking charge of your designated section
  • Upholding rigorous Food Hygiene standards, ideally with a Level 2 certification
  • Conducting regular inventory checks and following FIFO procedures
  • Demonstrating a passion for organic and artisanal products

Our team members currently enjoy a competitive hourly wage of around £15.50.
