What we seek in a Sous Chef:

We are in search of a dedicated Sous Chef or a talented Line Cook eager to advance their career, who possesses a genuine passion for crafting high-quality dishes in a welcoming setting. As the ideal candidate, you will:

  • Have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service through outstanding cuisine.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to producing remarkable food consistently.
  • Actively engage as a hands-on Sous Chef / Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Show a willingness to acquire new skills and work collaboratively with excellent communication.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate and create new menu items and daily specials.
  • Demonstrate effective planning and organizational abilities to maintain control over food costs and labor.
  • Take a proactive approach to enhance sales and foster growth through teamwork.
