Position Overview: Registered Nurse in Intensive Care
We are seeking a skilled and flexible Registered Nurse to contribute to our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to patients in the ICU both independently and collaboratively.
- Work alongside healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
- Implement evidence-based practices and engage in ongoing nursing development.
- Maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to hospital committees, collaborative teams, and research initiatives.
This role is offered on a casual basis, with variable hours and potential for short-notice shifts. Casual staff may also pursue permanent or temporary roles within the organization.
Shifts will alternate between daytime, evening, and nighttime hours, providing a diverse work schedule.
- Compensation ranges from $41.42 to $55.91 per hour.
Unit Highlights:
Our 6-bed Intensive Care Unit is staffed with a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and has 24-hour respiratory therapy services available. The unit is equipped to handle a high volume of patients, ensuring comprehensive healthcare services.
