Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Mobile Kitchen Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mobile kitchen units, ensuring that we deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our mobile kitchen units, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks, kitchen assistants, and other support staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and working closely with them to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our mobile kitchen operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Qualifications: A relevant culinary qualification, such as a diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications: A valid food safety certification, such as a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
